Parking and tolls are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the quote.

Of course! Every bus at Divine Charter has air conditioning.

The minimum rental hours is 4 hours in Phoenix Metro and 8 hour minimum for Flagstaff.

Balances must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your trip.

Our standard deposit on charter bus reservations is 20%. Deposits may vary depending on the charter; we will let you know when you call to inquire or reserve.

Although it’s not required, it’s encouraged. Standard tip is usually 10-15% of your rental cost, and we ask that you have it in cash to give to your driver at the end of your trip.

Food and beverages, no — our drivers handle their own, as some may have special dietary needs. However, you do need to reserve lodging at the same hotel you and your party are staying in. Keeping everyone at one hotel makes the process run smoother — and if you notify the hotel at the time you’re reserving your stay, they may offer group rates or free lodging for your driver. Groups do need to provide a room for the driver while out of town.  You will need to make sure to book a room for the driver somewhere that allows bus parking. When we reserve your Divine Charter bus, we can offer recommendations on places to stay that have bus parking.

No, not at all. Our experienced staff will plan out the best routes and parking, taking into consideration any road work or detours to make sure you get there on time. Please have a detailed itinerary of your trip when you call that includes all stops and your lodging, so we can plan your trip efficiently.

Of course! The on-board A/V system and auxiliary cables will allow you to play your own music on the trip. Please let our team know when you reserve so we can make sure everything is ready for you.

Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, etc) is not allowed.

Alcohol, Yes. you will want to notify our team beforehand. And don’t pop champagne bottles on the bus, or you’ll be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

Yes! We do request that passengers make sure to pick up trash and clean up any accidents promptly. If your group doesn’t clean up, or clean up properly, a cleaning fee of $250 may apply.
