Summer Heat Advisory
During the months of May – Early October while AZ experiences significantly hotter weather; it is important for clients and passengers to remember the capacity and limits of charter bus air conditioning systems. Charter buses are only capable of cooling a vehicle to approximately 15-20 degrees below the outside temperature, therefore, if it is 100 degrees outside, the bus can only be expected to cool to about 80 degrees. Also please keep in mind the air conditioning systems will also have to compensate for body heat emitted by all passengers. For some passengers who are medically fragile and/ or sensitive to temperature changes, it may be in the passengers’ best interest not to ride on extremely hot days. The decision of whether a passenger rides or not will remain with the individual passenger and the group leader/ coordinator.
Divine Charter will not be held responsible for any item left in a vehicle at any time, it is the group’s responsibility for their personal items. Any found items will be happily returned at your expense.
