Collection of your Information

- Public Data: An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
- Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, your preferences, such as preferred language, font size and accessibility services, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site, such as online chat and message boards. Collecting the data shown in the comments or Contact form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Arizona Privacy Rights
There is currently no comprehensive privacy bill in the State of Arizona – however, Divine Charter respects the rights of our consumers and will act appropriately to protect your privacy on our site.
Regarding breach and data security requirements, these are regulated under Arizona’s breach notification law under §18-552 of the Arizona Revised Statutes which requires, among other things, businesses to notify consumers and the AG in the event of a data breach. The AG holds the power to sanction violations of the law and issue penalties.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in Arizona, and have a registered account with the Site, you have the right to request the removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site. To request the removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in Arizona.
